There are two new interesting locations on Tinkatolli. To get to them you need to have a boat. Otherwise you will be unable to get there.
The first step is to go to the popstick bridge in Canopia where you will see a new sign with a boat on it.
Open up your backpack and place your boat right underneath the sign and you'll then sail down the waterfall.
Now you're in Windy Ways! You will see a gigantic fan with buttons down the bottom. Only one of them is clickable at the moment (there may be more places to sail in the future) and it will send you to Kelp Key.
Now you've made it to Kelp Key! This is the place where all the rare junk got washed away to in the storm. Now you can collect this rare junk. This place also has a lot of kelp in it! It's a fun place to hang out.
At the top of Kelp Key there is what looks like a cave entrance that is covered up. Could this be a future place for us to go? We'll just have to keep playing!
I love Kelp Key and Windy Ways! Getting there is a little adventure every time. It's much more interesting than just clicking on one little button. What do you think?
