The requirements to level up to the 4th level have been updated. You no longer need the Sea Explorer badge because it has been replaced by the 'Tiro Trader' badge.
To get this new badge you have to make a trade with the trader 5 times starting from now.
The Sea Explorer badge is going to be something you will need to reach level 5 & at level 5 you will get a new tinka instead of at level 4.
